I don't reside in the area and had to travel over two hours to collect my vehicle, but I wanted to ensure it was safe to drive back due to previous issues with that specific dealership. I've attached screenshots of our text conversation, and as you can see, he seemed uninterested in my business. In a moment of desperation, since he was the only option after a lengthy search, I decided to take a chance, hoping I was overreacting. Since it was my first experience with a mobile mechanic service, I wasn't informed about how his process would work. When I called on March 20 2026 after searching online, he didn't pick up. Eventually, he replied via text. I prefer to discuss business over the phone, but I overlooked that warning sign. The second warning was his lack of enthusiasm for doing business; although his online profile indicated he was available on Saturday, he claimed he wasn't. The final warning was his failure to reach out the day before or the day of our appointment (March 23) to cancel. His business hours are from 07:00 to 17:00 but he still chose not to contact me that day. He only informed me of the cancellation after I contacted him due to his lack of communication. As sho

Fast and reliable with affordable pricing, you can’t beat it!! Harris Mechanics has worked on several different cars I’ve had and each time goes smooth without any complications. They’ve even taken my car in on short notice with no issues. They get absolutely ZERO complaints from me. Such great service, 5 stars all around.

The first time I went to Don, he was so helpful and thorough. I went to get a diagnostic for my vehicle, and he was able to tell me in depth what was wrong. The things I did not understand, he helped me to understand and even told me not to worry he would help me get my car back in the right shape as so much was wrong with it. Don is reliable, very communicative, and the shop is very comfortable and everyone is very friendly. Don does an amazing job and will definitely make sure you leave with your vehicle fixed! 10/10 I highly recommend!

I always come here for car repairs. Only shop that offer parts+labor . If you get more than one service he gives discounts. I’ll always recommend him. He’s professional, and communicates effectively.

Love this shop. The mechanics are honesty and as a woman with no knowledge of vehicles at all, it’s refreshing. Good prices and always willing to work with you on days and times. If I’m not going to the dealer for a super complex issue it will always be Harris first!!!!!!
